KARACHI: On Thursday, the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) announced supporting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for the formation of government in the centre.
PTI vice-chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi made the announcement after meeting GDA chief at the Kingri House in Karachi.
The PTI delegations also requested the GDA for its support in National Assembly for the nomination of prime minister, speaker and deputy speaker.
GDA chief assured PTI delegation for their unconditional support in the formation of government.
It is pertinent to mention here that PPP had won 76 seats of the Sindh Assembly whereas PTI claimed victory on 23 seats followed by MQM (P), GDA and Tehreek-e-Labbaik.
