KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday conducted a search raid at residence of Agha Siraj Durrani in Karachi.

According to details, Agha Siraj Durranis family was present in the house when the NAB team raided the residence. NAB officials accompanied by Rangers cordoned off the residence of Agha Siraj Durrani and searched his house for above one hour.

Earlier, an accountability court approved a three-day transitional remand for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and speaker Sindh Assembly who was arrested earlier today.

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) made a plea to get 7 days transitional remand of the speaker Sindh Assembly.

The court, however, approved a three days transitional remand for the PPP leader.

According to sources, the anti-graft watchdog will shift the PPP leader to Karachi today after getting his transitional remand.

All the possible arrangement has been made in this regard, sources added.
