Dubai: Pakistan cricket team’s selected 16 member team for Asia Cup 2018 arrived in Dubai on Tuesday to participate in the tournament ahead.
Pakistan team that is led by Captain Sarfraz Ahmed departed from Lahore’s Allama Iqbal Airport in the early hours of Tuesday night.
Speaking to media at Lahore Gaddafi stadium, Sarfraz said, The team is in great shape and morale is high and I am sure that we will perform upto expectaions of the fans.
“We are well prepared for tournament and will try our level best to perform well in all three formats,” he said.
“We have worked hard for the tournament and Asia Cup is a big tournament and all the participating teams are among the top teams in the world,” he added.
“Our match against India will be our biggest test,” he further added.
“Our bowling particularly spinners will be our key towards success,” he concluded.
