SUKKUR: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday ordered to transfer tripple murder case to an anti-terrorism court from Dadu’s sessions court.
Earlier, SHC on February 14 reserved judgment on a petition seeking to transfer the case pertaining to murder of three members of a family to the anti-terrorism court from Dadu’s sessions court.
A two-member bench of SHCs Sukkur circuit comprising on Justice Iqbal Ahmed Mehar and Justice Rashid Shah heard the case.
The petitioner, Umm-e-Rubab whose father, uncle and grandfather was gunned down, appeared before the court along with her counsel.
The court after hearing the remarks from both parties reserved the judgment.
It is pertinent to mention here that Umm-e-Rubab had filed a petition seeking to cancel the decision of transferring the case from ATC Sukkur to Sessions Court, Dadu.
