BADIN: The Sindh Wildlife Department on Wednesday arrested two suspects and recovered 1,100 venomous snakes from their custody from Badin.

According to Deputy Director Wildlife Department Ghulam Sarwar, the recovered the snakes during a raid on a car at Badin’s Bypass Road.

“We have recovered 1,100 snakes during a raid which were being transported to Karachi to be sold in various hospitals,” Deputy Director said.

We have arrested two suspects and a case has been registered against them under the Wildlife Act,” he added.

The which were recovered consists, Cobras, Pythons, Kraits, Londi and Two-faced snakes.
