ISLAMABAD: An Accountability Court on Monday dismissed a plea of the former President Asif Ali Zardari to shift him to hospital from jail due to his deteriorating health.

As per details, an Accountability Court has issued a verdict on a plea of the former president to shift him to jail.

Accountability Courts judge Muhammad Bashir in a verdict comprising of three pages dismissed former President and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

The court in its verdict also ordered jail superintendent to follow the medical reports and make a decision in this regard, by adding that it also ordered that the court does not have any authority to declare a hospital as a sub-jail it can be done by an executive order of the prison authorities.
