KARACHI: At least 186 dengue cases were reported in the metropolis since past 20 days while six people were killed because of the disease in the current year, authorities informed on Tuesday.
According to the head of anti-dengue fever cell, Dr Iqbal in the current year as much as 1100 cases of dengue fever were reported in Karachi while just within the past 20 days at least 186 cases of the disease were reported.
He said that at least six people were among those who were killed by this disease.
Dr Iqbal advised the people to clean their water tanks regularly so the disease spread could be stopped.
Anti-dengue cell head also advised people to clean their streets and take prescribed measure in the times of sunrise and sunset.
