KARACHI: Sindh chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday met winners of Doha Junior Football Tournament at the chief minister (CM) house.

Karachi United have raise Pakistani flag at international level by defeating the Aspire Club in the final to win under-19 football tournament in Qatar.

The little footballers outplayed the opponents in the final to clinch the title of Doha Junior Football Tournament played at Aspire Academy in Qatar.

On the occasion, Sindh CM announced Rs100,000 prize for each player and Rs 200000 for coaches.

He also presented Football kit and Ajrak as a gift to players.

It is pertinent to mention here that triumphant Karachi United team’s three players, Sheeraz Khalid, Muhhammad and Hasan belong to Malir, while rest of the footballers are the residents of Lyari.
