LAHORE: An Anti-Narcotics Court on Saturday extended the judicial remand of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sana Ullah in a drugs possession case till November 16.
According to details, PML-N Punjab President Rana Sana Ullah was presented before an Anti-Narcotics Court in Lahore before duty judge Khalid Bashir as his previously granted judicial remand was ended today where investigation officer also presented the call records of the former.
As the hearing went underway Rana Sana Ullahs Counsel Azam Nazir Tarar told the court that the police is using megaphones, there are 300 police officials and only 5 to 6 lawyers in the case.
To which, the court in its remarks said that the arguments will be carried out by only two to three lawyers. At which, Rana Sana Ullahs counsel pleaded the court to allow him to meet with his client for 15 minutes.
However, the court after hearing the arguments of both parties extended the judicial remand of Rana Sana Ullah and adjourned the cases hearing till November 16.
