ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday rejected interim bail extension plea of the former Finance Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Miftah Ismail in a case pertaining to the LNG corruption case.

After the rejection of interim bail plea, a team of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested Miftah Ismail and Imran-ul-Haq from the courts premises.

It is pertinent to mention here that the NAB officials also arrested the former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in the said case earlier in July.
