ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Monday apprehended Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s (SECP)executive director Javed Hussain in connection to an ongoing probe in Park Lane Company Scam Case.

The NAB has accused the suspect of hiding the details of the former president Asif Ali Zardari’s assets in the Park Lane Company besides accepting the latter’s resignation in previous dates. The anti-graft body has also accused the SECP’s executive director of providing fake information about the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) co-chairman.

Javed Hussain was produced before the court where he was handed over to the NAB officials on a physical remand of 11 days in the said case.
