QUETTA: Pakistan Army teams on Sunday rescued more than 150 stranded Hindu pilgrims from the flood-hit Balochistan’s Ziarat region after 36 hours of the rescue operation.

According to a press release by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), at least 150 Hindu pilgrims stranded in the mountainous region of the Balochistan’s Ziarat region have been rescued after a continuous rescue operation which lasted for 36 hours in the flood-hit areas of the province.

The rescue operation was carried out by the Army’s rescue teams and helicopters and lasted for 36 hours, added ISPR.
