QUETTA: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Tuesday said that government has totally failed in implementing National Action Plan (NAP).

Addressing a presser in Quetta after condoling with the bereaved families of the Hazar Ganji market blast victims, Bilawal urged the nation to fight collectively to eliminate terrorism.

I am a martyrs son and would not remain silent on this matter, said Bilawal. Why the National Action Plan (NAP) had not been implemented, he questioned.
