KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday in its remarks during a hearing of a case pertaining to Illegal Allotment of Malir Rivers Land against former Sindh Chief Minister and senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should complete its probe before arresting anyone.

As per details, the SHC heard on a case pertaining to Illegal Allotment of Malir Rivers Land against former Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah in which he appeared before the court in a personal capacity.

As the hearing went underway, the NABs attorney told the court that the anti-graft body hasnt found any proofs against the PPP leader and the probe has been closed.

At which, the court in its remarks said the where other allottees are? Did any action was taken against them? To which, the NABs attorney told the court that allotment was canceled so no action was taken against them.

The court then by dismissing the land allotment case against Qaim Ali Shah in its remarks said that the NAB should complete the probe before arresting someone.
